Processing time

Orders ship within 1 week of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email when your label is created.

Delivery estimates (from order date — about 1 week to prepare your order, plus carrier transit)

• Canada: about 2 weeks (Canada Post)
• United States: about 2 weeks (Canada Post)
• International: 3-4 weeks, plus customs clearance at destination (Canada Post Tracked Packet)

International orders require a contact phone number for the carrier. Customs duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

During Canada Post service disruptions we ship via Purolator or DHL. There may be a shipping-cost adjustment, which we will email you about before shipping.
